Submission

The submission is entirely managed via the Easy Chair platform. Prospective authors are invited to submit a 2-page short paper (including figures, tables & references, see docx and TeX templates next) emphasizing key aspects of their contribution, new and significant results being expected to be described. Scrutiny of the contributions will be carried out by the Scientific Committee, with the help of members of the International Standing Committee whether needed.

Accepted short papers will be distributed to all Workshop attendees. Their authors will be in parallel invited to submit a 8-page extended paper for peer review. Selected full papers will then be published Open Access by IOS Press as Electromagnetic Nondestructive Evaluation - volume XXI, within the series Studies in Applied Electromagnetics and Mechanics, before the end of February 2018, which is to enable both broad and fast dissemination.

Submission space is Easy Chair. Please, go there and closely follow the instructions. Notice that some detail will be asked about the authors, and be careful in particular to specify the contact author, while a brief electronic summary is to be input as well, so as one can orientate your contributions from the start to the fittest members of the scientific committee for their peer-reviewing. The contribution itself is to be produced with using the templates as provided, and submitted as a pdf file.

Templates

IOS Press has instructions and tools for book authors on how to prepare and submit a camera-ready manuscript in MS Word or LaTeX. Please read the instructions carefully. Please, notice that the formats of the short contributions and of the extended ones differ only by the number of pages (2 or 8, strictly enforced).

The tools for book authors include:

• a Word template, click here to download the .rar file with the instructions and tools for MS Word

• a LaTeX stylefile, click here to download the .zip file with the instructions and tools for LaTeX
